Our company has been handling machinery for the processing of solid waste since 2002. Our scope of activity covers all areas of mechanical waste management, from collection to selection and shredding. We deal with the installation, maintenance and repair of horizontal and vertical balers, waste presses, shredders, ballistic separators, air separators, optical sorters, drum screens and vibrating screens, conveyors, magnetic and eddy current separators, as well as complete processing technologies.

The professionalism of our staff allows us to carry out electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs and renovations, thus we can solve the complete service of the given equipment. In addition to performing standard maintenance and repair tasks, we can also perform state-of-the-art condition monitoring measurements. By predicting failures, the number and duration of downtime caused by unexpected events can be significantly reduced, which is reflected in a drastic reduction in repair and downtime costs. We have the technology to repair damaged axles on site, which also helps keep costs and downtime to a minimum.

Our company undertakes the monitoring of the condition of equipment and technology lines and the prediction of possible failures with the help of measurements performed with the most up-to-date vibration diagnostic instruments.

    Special services

    In addition to the usual maintenance work, we undertake the repair and replacement of the carbide wear layer, the radial removal and re-welding of the welded knife holders of the shredders, and the repair of damaged shaft ends on site by portable lathe.
